    Instructions

    1. Please fill in the application form below. Fields marked by an asterisk(*) are mandatory fields. Once done, click the “Create” button.
    2. Upon submission of the application form, an account will be created for you. You will receive an email containing your login ID and password. Please use the account details for subsequent login to edit your application and upload supporting documents as required.
    3. Once you have received your account details, please proceed to upload the supporting documents to complete your application. Please combine all your supporting documents into one single pdf file as you will only be allowed to upload one file.
    4. You will be contacted within one weeks after your application is completed with all supporting documents uploaded.

    COURSE PREFERENCES

    Please select two clusters that you prefer the most (NOTE: these two choices should NOT be the same cluster). The organiser will attempt to assign your most preferred cluster to you subject to your background, provided rationale, and the availability of places in the cluster.

    When you have selected a cluster, the corresponding courses would be shown below. Please then indicate your course preference with Preference 1 being the most preferred and Preference 6 being the least preferred. This means that Preference 1 should be your first choice, Preference 2 should be your second choice, Preference 3 should be your third choice and so on. Preference 6 should be your last choice.

    Note: X-Cluster is for Year 1 students with a Computer Science-related major or students from any year of undergraduate study with a non-computing-related major. If you have chosen X-Cluster as your first choice, it is optional for you to provide a second choice.
